Internal Event: Happy International Women's Day 03-08-2024

1. Wishes from the Heart

The party began with sincere congratulations from male colleagues. These wishes were carefully prepared, each word containing deep affection and respect. Not only stopping at the usual wishes, the men turned the wishes into small stories, telling about the dedication and constant efforts of the women over the past time. A colleague shared: “Rapid Vietnam women are not only great colleagues but also friends, sisters who are always ready to support, share, and accompany us to overcome all challenges.”

2. Handcrafted Gifts Full of Heart

The gift for the sisters this time is not something luxurious or expensive, but colorful roses hand-crocheted with sophisticated wool. The reason we chose to give wool flowers instead of bright fresh roses is that we want the sisters to always preserve the beauty from the inside out that lasts over time and to keep the memories at Rapid Vietnam for a long time. Flowers are beautiful but do not fade quickly. The lovely cards, the delicate paper flower bouquets, and the photo frames filled with memories are all made with love and respect. Each gift is a message: “Thank you, sisters, for always accompanying and contributing to the development of the company.”

3. Video From the Heart

The highlight of the party was the video was edited and re-produced. The video not only contained congratulations from male staff in the office but also included wishes and images from busy construction sites far away. The authentic, simple but emotional footage made many women start to snivel.

In particular, the images of colleagues working in the scorching sun, busy with work but still taking the time to send their best wishes to women touched everyone's hearts. A female colleague shared: "The wishes from the colleagues in the construction site touched me. Even though they are far away, they still remember us and send their best wishes. It is truly precious."

4. Honoring the Contributions of Women

March 8 is not only an occasion to honor women but also an opportunity for us to look back at the great contributions of women in the company. From office work to construction projects, Rapid Vietnam women are everywhere. They are not only dedicated colleagues but also mothers, wives, and sisters, always fulfilling their roles well wherever they are.

The women have overcome difficulties and challenges, constantly learning and developing themselves to contribute to the growth of Rapid Vietnam. The patience, perseverance, and sense of responsibility of the women are the great motivation for the company to grow and become stronger.

The March 8 party has ended but the beautiful emotions and memories remain in everyone's heart. This is not only a party to honor women but also an opportunity for everyone in the company to connect and understand each other better.

On this occasion, the Board of Directors of Rapid Vietnam would like to express our sincere thanks to all the women in the company. The presence and contribution of the women are always a source of pride and motivation for Rapid Vietnam to continue to grow and develop.
