Team building: Dalat 2018 - annual trip

At the end of 2018, in the cold winter air, a memorable trip took place in the Rapid Vietnam family. Da Lat, known as the City of Thousand Pines, became the ideal destination for this colorful and meaningful journey.

When the preparations for the trip were completed, excitement spread among each member. Everyone was looking forward to an opportunity to connect, to create memorable memories and to strengthen the relationship in the Rapid Vietnam family. And this trip did not disappoint. Da Lat, with its cool climate and wonderful scenery, warmly welcomed the group.

The first day of the journey was full of discovery and excitement. The group began the tour by visiting Da Lat Railway Station, an ancient architectural and historical symbol of Indochina. From here, the journey continued to Than Tho Lake and Doi Thong Hai Mo, famous destinations with wild and romantic beauty. The beauty of Ai An forest seen from above left a deep impression on everyone.

The trip not only stopped at famous landmarks but also took the group to Linh Phuoc Pagoda, which owns the largest bronze bell in Da Lat, and the blooming Cam Tu Cau flower garden. The natural scenery along with traditional culture created a diverse and rich experience.

A special highlight of the trip was the Central Highlands gong exchange program. Here, members of Team Rapid Vietnam were immersed in the cozy atmosphere of the campfire night, enjoyed fun ethnic dances, and enjoyed specialties such as grilled wild game and rice wine. These were unforgettable moments, when everyone shared joy, creating a connection and stronger bond than ever.

The first day ended in a joyful and exciting atmosphere, leaving many beautiful memories in the hearts of each member. The excitement did not stop there, because the next day, Team Rapid Vietnam continued the journey with an exploration of Fresh Da Lat. Here, the group admired the high-tech New Zealand strawberry garden and the unique hydroponic vegetable garden. Picking strawberries and hydroponic vegetables by hand, and then enjoying them on the spot, brought an extremely interesting and close-to-nature experience.

The lovely miniatures such as the straw train, the giant hand made of grass, and the flower wall of Fresh Da Lat Farm became interesting highlights, especially for female members, who did not miss the opportunity to "live virtual" and keep beautiful pictures here.

Although the trip has ended, its echoes still resonate in everyone's hearts. The members left with full emotions and memories. This is not just a trip, but a meaningful journey of experience, an opportunity for each person to find the difference, comfort, and friendliness in the working environment.

The trip to Da Lat has become a great spiritual medicine, motivating the young generation of Rapid Vietnam to develop and go further. Solidarity, sharing, and memorable moments have made the Rapid Vietnam Team more steadfast and united. Certainly, the next trips, especially Team Building 2019, will continue to be a great success, bringing many new experiences and more members to accompany the development and expansion journey of Rapid Vietnam.
